This may include boosting speed of operation and installing new features such as additional spindles.MTSU technicians complete a thorough process of restoring and rebuilding your machine tools to OEM specifications. Our technicians can provide the following services for you:

• •    Disassemble the entire machine to bare castings
  •    Replace all bearings and seals
  •    Precision ground machine way surfaces to OEM specs and Install  new anti-friction material on way surfaces
  •    Precision level and square
  •    Restore the machine tool’s geometry
  •    Service bearings and spindles
  •    Inspect gears, shafts and castings for damage (repairs provided at additional cost when needed)
  •    Rebuild the lubrication system. We’ll back up our work with a test for performance and oil flow.
  •    Replace damaged lube lines with new
  •    Replace all meter units
  •    Rebuild and test hydraulic pumps
  •    Replace hydraulic hoses
  •    Recondition worn ball and lead screws
  •    Repair and replace damaged Sealtite
  •    Disassemble electrical motors to clean and replace shaft bearings
  •    Refinish and paint the machine tools in colors requested by the customer
  •    Inspect and clean the magnetic panel and pressure and limit switches
