Before we begin the remanufacturing process, our technicians will inspect your machine tool to determine the work needed. We will provide you a quote to remanufacture your machine to meet current safety and quality standards and the production requirements of your business.

Once the project is approved, we will completely disassemble the machine and inspect every part for wear. We will clean and remachine parts as needed and replace worn out components such as wiring, hydraulics, controls, seals, bearings, feed screws and nuts. The basic machine structure will be reconditioned and reused.

Before the project is completed, MTSU will refinish the equipment to the customer’s specifications. And once reassembly is completed, we will test the machine’s performance to make certain it meets all requirements.
