Our Facility

Machine Tool Solutions Unlimited has worked very hard to assemble an infrastructure along with the necessary operational systems that support our continued growth.  The utilization of our 18,000 square foot manufacturing facility, equipped with overhead cranes and high bays, allow us to effectively design, rebuild, retrofit and service the machinery and equipment that our customers have entrusted to us.  

Our steam clean booth and paint booth are in compliance with all EPA regulations and requirements.  MTSU is very conscientious of protecting our environment and our responsibility to ensure environmental and occupational safety.  Our responsibility as a corporate citizen is paramount to our business decisions.

Our plant is divided into work stations with portable tier racks used to store machine parts, materials and components.  Our tool room is organized and orderly ensuring an efficient and cost effective performance on our rebuild and retrofit projects.  With over 30 years of machine tool rebuild business experience, we have assembled an extensive library that houses numerous manuals and documentation for a variety of manufactures types and models.
 
Our facility is structured and organized for safety and efficiency. We have committed ourselves to following organizational initiatives outlines in 5S. These disciplines govern our daily conduct and help to ensure organizational excellence while promoting efficiency.
