Machine Tool Solutions Unlimited (MTSU) is a reputable and highly respected provider of machine tool rebuilding, CNC & PLC control retrofits and field repair services to manufacturing companies of various sizes.  Our customers are primarily located in the Midwestern, Southeastern and Southern United States.  MTSU provides professionally trained Service Technicians to perform on site support including; but not limited to: Complete/partial rebuilding, mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, geometrical/alignment optimization, laser calibration and PM services.  It is our mission to utilize our talents and skills to ensure that our customer’s are able to compete competitively in a global market.  

Primary Goal 

MTSU’s primary goal is to be a preferred vendor and provider of complete machine tool services to the metal cutting industry.  Our goals will be achieved by consistently providing a quality product in a timely fashion by executing the principles of 5S, incorporating strong Project Management disciplines and establishing an environment that promotes continuous improvement through accountability.  By faithfully exercising the above practices, we will meet our objectives by performing exemplary service and producing quality products within the following areas:

• Complete remanufacturing, mechanical rebuilding and control retrofitting of existing equipment.
• Comprehensive on-site field service analysis and repair of a variety of machine tools and motion control systems makes and models.
• Component rebuilding including but not limited to:  Spindles, ball screws, automatic tool changers, gear boxes, transmissions and rotary tables
• Precision machine leveling and alignments, utilizing our state of the art Mahr-Federal electronic levels, Hamar laser, Renishaw Interferometer laser and Renishaw Ball Bar.
• Provide quality specialty products such as: Hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, ball screws, digital readouts/scales, tool & part probes, Gibbs CAM programming software, machine enclosures,
• Research and develop new technology to improve or upgrade machinery and controls.
• Mechanical & Electrical Design specializing in AutoCAD, Pro “E” and Solid Works software programs
• Locate & supply replacement machine tools including: new machines, used machines, rebuilt machines or machines that have been retrofitted with new controls and electronics.
